 Nick FlintChief ExecutiveNick is one of the founders of Club Vita and joined as Chief Executive in September 2008. With a background in life insurance and pensions, he has worked with clients in a variety of industries across the UK and Europe.
As a specialist in strategic change management, he has extensive management and commercial experience in IT, information security, contractual negotiation and new business start-ups. For example, he established an outsourcing company providing high skilled specialist operations to different companies across Europe.
Nick manages Club Vita to ensure that everything we do works towards creating an innovative and sustainable service that is highly valued by our club members. He regards the club as an innovative and transformational approach to longevity risk management that will offer profound and lasting benefits to the whole industry.
Nick is also a partner in Hymans Robertson.  Andrew GachesLongevity ExpertAndrew is a Longevity Consultant and one of the founders of Club Vita. Prior to Club Vita, he was a mortality specialist advising pension funds, investment banks and venture capital firms on the financial impact of mortality risk.
Andrew is a leading contributor to the actuarial profession’s research into the longevity of pension scheme members. He sits on the Continuous Mortality Investigation’s Self-Administered Pension Schemes (SAPS) Mortality Committee, for whom he is the co-author of numerous working papers.
He is an award-winning speaker and regularly addresses actuarial events and industry conferences on a wide range of longevity related subjects including longevity research and risk management.
