Nick Flint & Andrew Gaches of Club Vita will consider the latest developments from Club Vita and look at how schemes are benefiting from the new insights and approaches now available.

David Gems, of the Institute of Healthy Ageing, University College London, discusses what research into the genetics of small animals tells us about the impact medical advances may have on human longevity.

Dr Marcus Richards of the MRC Unit for Lifelong Health and Ageing will review societal attitudes to ageing in a time when many of us are faced with mixed messages about ageing, as well as hard-headed decisions over delaying retirement.

Stephen Carver of Cranfield School of Management will lead this energetic session considering how change is not just a risk but also an opportunity, and by approaching challenges in different ways we can improve risk management outcomes.
