Mike has held senior positions in the Life and Pensions industry over the last 30 years with both UK and International organisations. 

He was with Mercer for most of his career and roles included developing the Health Consulting Business from scratch and also being Chief Operating Officer from January 2000 until May 2006, when he set up his own Consultancy. 

He is currently advising a wide range of clients and also includes Life Trust - a new life insurer specialising in longevity insurance.
