Douglas is Club Vita's Business Process Specialist who helps ensure that the structure which underpins Club Vita provides clients with the integrity and quality of service they demand. He has a strong record of delivering and maintaining process improvements across different sectors including manufacturing and financial services.  This multi-discipline experience has brought new approaches and disciplines to help ensure our processes deliver services in a convenient, low risk and efficient manner to our clients. 

Douglas graduated in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.  Following postgraduate studies in Business and Management, Douglas chose to transition from a background in engineering and business analysis through to the business process management discipline.  He is in the process of completing his MBA at the Graduate Business School in Glasgow.

Outside of the office, Douglas is often found on his bike cycling round the hills around Glasgow with colleagues.  When winter approaches, he swaps his addiction for cycling to skiing and is regularly “out of the office” following snow.
