Deven is an applied statistician. Prior to joining Hymans Robertson, Deven worked as a Research Fellow for University College London (UCL) where his work involved developing and applying statistical methods for large epidemiological databases and publishing these analyses to better inform clinical policy. He holds a PhD in Medical Statistics from UCL.

Deven brings to Club Vita a wealth of experience in the analysis of observational data and is responsible for the research and application of statistical methods to the pooled Vita dataset in order to better understand and predict pensioner longevity.
